No. Running concurrent campaigns with other providers distorts the statistics we rely on and can disrupt delivery. If you promote through a third party while our campaign is active, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery, performance or outcome of your promotion.

Playlists are refreshed on a weekly rotation. Your track normally stays on the placement for the full duration of your campaign — typically between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the package — before making room for new submissions.

On request we can share the playlists your track has been added to, subject to curator agreements. Some partner placements are confidential and treated as trade secrets, so we may only be able to confirm placement rather than link it.

We work with virtually every genre — pop, hip-hop, rock, electronic, indie, jazz, classical, Latin and more. We cannot promote tracks with hateful, illegal or explicit adult content, and very niche genres may take slightly longer to match with the right curators.
